Prof. Franczuk is a Consultant Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon, who specialises in total joint replacement and adult spinal reconstructive surgery.

He has been practising for over 25 years and has helped thousands of patients to return to a pain-free life after hip, knee, shoulder replacement or spinal surgery.

Prof. Franczuk received his medical degree from the Jagiellonian University School of Medicine. He completed his postgraduate training at Charing Cross Hospital in London.

The President of Poland rewarded him with the title of Belvedere Professor for his scientific contributions to the field of orthopaedics.

He is on the Specialist Register of the General Medical Council (GMC).

Prof. Franczuk is a prolific writer and continues to contribute to the field of orthopaedics with many publications in medical journals, presentations at national and international meetings, and clinical research.
